Role - Healthcare Program Manager

Location- Atlanta, GA (Onsite)

Duration: 12 Months

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Onsite Program Manager to lead and oversee the successful delivery of complex, multi-project programs at the client location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end program governance, stakeholder management, and delivery excellence, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards.

This role requires strong leadership, client engagement, and the ability to coordinate across onsite and offshore teams to drive program success.

Key Responsibilities-

• Lead and manage end-to-end program delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, budget, quality, and business objectives.
• Serve as the primary client-facing point of contact, building strong relationships with business and executive stakeholders.
• Define program roadmaps, governance frameworks, execution strategies, and delivery plans.
• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring integrated planning, execution, dependencies, and successful delivery.
• Drive program-wide risk management, issue resolution, escalation handling, and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure effective communication through regular status reports, progress tracking, stakeholder communications, and executive updates.
• Coordinate onsite and offshore teams to ensure seamless collaboration, resource alignment, and delivery execution.
• Monitor program performance using KPIs, metrics, dashboards, and governance reports to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to organizational processes, compliance requirements, delivery standards, and industry best practices.
• Support financial management activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial tracking, and cost optimization.
• Drive client satisfaction through proactive engagement, transparent communication, and high-quality program delivery.

Required Qualifications & Experience-

• 10+ years of overall IT experience, including 5+ years of Program and Project Management experience.
• Proven experience managing large-scale programs and multiple concurrent projects within enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in stakeholder management, client engagement, and delivery governance.
• Experienced in onsite-offshore delivery models and coordinating distributed teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage project risks, budgets, schedules, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Healthcare domain experience is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Digital Transformation programs is a strong plus.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications preferred.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and reporting/dashboard tools.

 

In compliance with the salary transparency law, the expected pay range for this role is $60 - 70/hr. Actual compensation depends on experience and interview evaluation.
