Job Description

 

Key Requirements:

• Experience 10–12 Years  of Software Engineering / Backend Development experience
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI
• Strong hands-on experience with Anthropic Claude APIs and enterprise AI integrations
• Strong Python development skills
• Experience with FastAPI / Flask / REST APIs
• Strong knowledge of RAG, Prompt Engineering, Embeddings, Semantic Search and AI Agents
• Hands-on experience with LangChain / LangGraph / Semantic Kernel
• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, Milvus or FAISS
• Experience with Azure / AWS
• Good exposure to Git, Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD
• Experience integrating AI applications with enterprise platforms, APIs and databases

Preferred Skills:

• AI Copilots / Conversational AI
• Multi-agent AI systems
• Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Azure AI Foundry / Azure OpenAI
• Langfuse / Phoenix / OpenTelemetry
• Redis / Kafka / event-driven architecture
• AI guardrails, responsible AI and enterprise security
• DevOps / MLOps for AI deployments

Important: Candidates should have genuine hands-on experience with Claude APIs and production-grade Generative AI implementations. Please avoid profiles with only theoretical exposure to Claude/GenAI.
