Microsoft Power BI Developer

Location:- Charlotte, NC – Hybrid – Need only local

Pay Rate - $56/hr on C2C - Max Pay Rate.

Experience: 9+ Years

 

1.Microsoft Power BI

• Performance Analyzer

• Analyze visual level and query level performance in Power BI Desktop

• Capacity Metrics App

• Identify capacity usage patterns, spikes, and outage causing operations

 

2. Power Query

• Distinguish between performant and non-performant code

• Paginated Reports (SSRS)

• Optimize report rendering time and understand consumption

 

3. On Premises Data Gateways

4. Diagnose connectivity failures

5. Understand gateway architecture and usage requirements

 

6. Data Modeling

• Design and assess efficient data models

• Improve relationships, cardinality, and query paths for optimal performance

 

7. DAX Studio 

• Use advanced diagnostics to identify query inefficiencies and bottlenecks

• Review, optimize, and refactor poorly performing DAX calculation
