Job Description: Senior ServiceNow Architect & ServiceNow Developers
Project Type: Fixed-Price Project
Positions: 1 Senior Architect + 4 Developers
Project: FNT to Sunbird Migration & Implementation Must have exp.
Location: Remote or Berkeley Heights, NJ, Omaha, NE, Coral Spring, FL Onsite
Work Locations: Berkeley Heights, NJ | Coral Springs, FL | Omaha, NE | Remote
Duration: Through late March, with a possibility of extension
 
Project Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect and four Developers with strong ServiceNow and Sunbird experience to support an FNT-to-Sunbird migration and implementation project for a leading financial technology organization.
The team will be responsible for supporting migration planning, solution architecture, implementation, integration, configuration, and deployment activities to ensure a smooth transition from FNT to Sunbird.
Candidates with hands-on experience in ServiceNow, Sunbird, infrastructure and asset management, and enterprise platform migration will be preferred.
Position 1: Senior Architect
Responsibilities
Lead the overall solution architecture for the FNT-to-Sunbird migration and implementation.
Define the migration strategy, technical architecture, integration approach, and implementation roadmap.
Evaluate existing FNT configurations, data structures, workflows, and dependencies.
Design integrations between Sunbird, ServiceNow, and other enterprise systems.
Oversee data migration, validation, testing, and deployment activities.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership.
Provide technical guidance to developers and ensure adherence to architecture standards.
Identify migration risks, resolve technical challenges, and ensure project deliverables meet business requirements.
 
Required Skills
Strong experience with ServiceNow and Sunbird platforms.
Proven experience in solution architecture and enterprise platform implementations.
Experience with FNT-to-Sunbird migration or similar infrastructure/asset management platform migrations.
Strong understanding of system integrations, data migration, and enterprise workflows.
Experience leading technical teams and delivering complex implementation projects.
Positions 2–5: ServiceNow & Sunbird Developers
 
Responsibilities
Support the migration of existing FNT data, configurations, and processes to Sunbird.
Configure, customize, and implement solutions using ServiceNow and Sunbird.
Develop and support integrations between enterprise platforms.
Perform data mapping, migration, validation, and reconciliation.
Support workflow configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
Collaborate with architects and project stakeholders to deliver project milestones.
Prepare technical documentation and support deployment activities.
 
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and Sunbird.
Experience in platform implementation, configuration, and integration.
Understanding of data migration, data mapping, and validation.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with architects and cross-functional teams.
 
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience with FNT and Sunbird platform migration.
Experience with infrastructure management, IT asset management, data center infrastructure management (DCIM), or related platforms.
Experience delivering enterprise implementation projects in financial services or fintech environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
