Job Title- Business Analyst – Loan IQ (Functional)

Location: TCS HUB (Typically Look for EST Region)

Job Description - Business Analyst with 3+ years of Loan IQ functional experience to support commercial lending and syndicated loan operations initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of the Finastra Loan IQ platform, lending lifecycle processes, and Agile delivery methodologies. The candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and ensure successful delivery of Loan IQ enhancements and implementations.

 

Required Skills & Experience

 

Loan IQ Functional Expertise

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Loan IQ functional experience.
• Good understanding of:
• Deal Booking  (Syndicated Agented and Participation indirect)
• Facility
• Drawdowns
• Interest Processing (Accruals and Payments)
• Repayments
• Fee Processing
• Agency Functions
• Syndicated Lending Operations

Business Analysis Skills

• Requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
• Business process analysis and process mapping.
• User story creation and backlog management.
• Gap analysis and impact assessment.
• Functional documentation and solution validation.

Agile Skills

• Experience working in Scrum or Agile environments.
• Ability to write user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Familiarity with Agile tools such as:
• Jira
• Confluence
