Lead PEGA Business Architect/Analyst

Location: Iselin, NJ – Hybrid

 

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in PEGA development/architecture, with strong experience designing enterprise PEGA solutions.
• Lead PEGA application architecture, design, development, and implementation.
• Strong expertise in Pega Platform, Case Management, workflows, decisioning, rules, and integrations.
• Design scalable and reusable PEGA solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Experience with PEGA integrations, APIs, REST/SOAP, databases, and external systems.
• Review technical designs, provide architectural guidance, and mentor PEGA developers.
• Strong understanding of PEGA best practices, performance optimization, security, and deployment.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, developers, and technical teams.
• Experience with Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) or equivalent architecture-level responsibilities preferred.
• Banking/Financial Services experience preferred.
