Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce Consultant
Location: 100% Remote

Job Summary

UST is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce Consultant with expertise in Dynamics 365 Commerce, Finance & Operations (F&O), CRM, and Shopify integration. The ideal candidate will lead omnichannel retail transformation initiatives, gather business requirements, design end-to-end solutions, and work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver successful Microsoft Dynamics implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops and gather business requirements.
• Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce solutions.
• Configure Dynamics 365 Commerce modules, including Product Information Management, Pricing & Promotions, and Order Management.
• Support Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and CRM implementations.
• Integrate Shopify with the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem.
• Collaborate with business, architecture, and delivery teams to provide scalable commerce solutions.
• Present solution recommendations and support project governance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 consulting expertise.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce
  • Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)
  • Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement
  • Shopify integration
• Experience in omnichannel retail and eCommerce implementations.
• Knowledge of Power Platform, Dataverse, Dual Write, and Data Management Framework (DMF).
• Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, and REST APIs.
• Strong client-facing consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Retail and Consumer Goods industry experience.
• Experience with global Dynamics 365 implementations and Microsoft FastTrack programs.

 

In compliance with the salary transparency law, the expected pay range for this role is $60 - 70/hr. Actual compensation depends on experience and interview evaluation.
