Job Summary	We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist for Accenture, supporting the end client Best Buy in Minneapolis, MN. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience in data science, statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling. The candidate should be skilled in analyzing complex datasets, developing analytical models, and translating data-driven insights into actionable business recommendations.
Key Responsibilities	Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights. Apply statistical methods and mathematical techniques to solve business problems. Develop, implement, and evaluate machine learning algorithms and predictive models. Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis. Select appropriate algorithms based on business objectives and data characteristics. Evaluate model performance using relevant statistical metrics and validation techniques. Communicate analytical findings and model results to technical and business stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making. Document methodologies, assumptions, results, and recommendations.
Required Qualifications	5+ years of hands-on Data Science experience, with a strong track record of applying statistical methods, machine learning algorithms, and advanced analytical techniques to solve complex real-world business problems. Strong understanding of data science concepts, statistical methods, and algorithms. Knowledge of machine learning techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning. Experience with data analysis, exploratory data analysis, and predictive modeling. Ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
