Position: DCLR ServiceNow Product Owner / Delivery Lead 

Location: Remote / Berkeley Heights, NJ, Omaha, NE, Coral Spring, FL – Onsite

Job Type: Contract

 

Own the DCLR product backlog and coordinate delivery across ServiceNow, dcTrack, infrastructure teams, enterprise process owners, and supporting vendors.

Required skills

• Cross-functional dependency, risk, and issue management
• ServiceNow workflow and lifecycle concepts
• Data center hardware lifecycle understanding
• Executive and technical stakeholder communication
• Requirements traceability and acceptance criteria

Preferred experience

• ServiceNow ITAM/HAM, CMDB, Service Catalog, or ITSM programs
• Data center infrastructure or hardware lifecycle programs
• Multi-system integration and vendor-managed delivery

Delivery expectations

• Maintain the roadmap, backlog, milestones, decisions, risks, and dependencies.
• Translate approved capabilities into prioritized epics, features, and stories.
• Coordinate cross-team decisions and ensure unresolved requirements do not enter development.
• Provide clear program status, escalation visibility, and delivery forecasting.
• Ensure completed work meets acceptance criteria and intended business outcomes.
• Identify when SME participation is required based on upcoming design and development work.
• Coordinate SME workshops, decisions, reviews, and validation.
• Ensure questions and required decisions are prepared before engaging SMEs.
• Document decisions, dependencies, owners, and unresolved issues.
• Incorporate SME decisions into the DCLR backlog and delivery plan.
• Coordinate cross-functional decisions when a requirement impacts multiple teams.
• Escalate unresolved dependencies that place delivery milestones at risk.
• Ensure SMEs are engaged for UAT and business validation when their processes are affected. 

 

The Product Owner / Delivery Lead is responsible for coordinating and driving SME engagement but is not expected to replace the technical authority or decision-making responsibility of the respective Fiserv SMEs.
