Position:- ServiceNow Business Analyst / Requirements & UAT Lead

Location: Remote / Berkeley Heights, NJ, Omaha, NE, Coral Spring, FL - Onsite

Job Type: Contract

 

Primary purpose

• Convert complex cross-functional processes into complete, traceable, and testable requirements while coordinating validation and user acceptance testing.

 

Required skills

• ServiceNow business and technical requirements analysis
• Process mapping and future-state design
• User stories and measurable acceptance criteria
• Requirements traceability and change control
• Workshop facilitation and decision documentation
• Integration requirements and data mapping
• UAT planning, scenario design, execution coordination, and defect management

 

Preferred experience

• IT Asset Management, data center operations, infrastructure deployment, CMDB, or ServiceNow implementations

 

Delivery expectations

• Facilitate SME discovery and document current and future-state processes.
• Convert approved decisions into development-ready requirements.
• Identify edge cases, exception paths, cross-functional impacts, and missing use cases before development.
• Maintain requirement-to-story-to-test traceability.
• Develop UAT scenarios and coordinate SME testing and signoff.
• Track defects, requirement gaps, retesting, and completion evidence.

 

The candidate must actively challenge incomplete happy-path requirements and demonstrate a disciplined approach to coverage, traceability, and audit evidence.
